4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Wholesale quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal (where available).

  • We are not responsible for currency fluctuations or bank fees.

5. Orders and Quotes

  • A quote is not a binding contract until both parties sign an agreement.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices if raw material or shipping costs change significantly after the quote.

  • Custom sample fees are non-refundable unless the sample is defective.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only, not guarantees.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by:

    • Australian customs or biosecurity (BICON) inspections

    • Shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.)

    • Weather, strikes, or other force majeure events

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. BICON Biosecurity

  • We assist with BICON import permit applications as your agent.

  • The importer (you) remains legally responsible for compliance with all Australian biosecurity laws.

  • We are not liable if your shipment is delayed, inspected, or destroyed by Australian authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

  • RW Global Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sydney, NSW.
